How It Works
Every week on Tuesday by 10:00 AM we will announce our menu choices via website and social media platforms. Within that menu it will contain 4 meal options (one of those being a vegetarian option), and different add-on items to purchase as well. Within each menu item there will be a calorie AND macro count.
You have options to choose between a 5, 10, 15, or 20 meal plan for the week coming up, as well as additional odd amounts (minimum is 5 meals).
Once you've decided, you can click on our intake form below and submit your order by Friday at 11:00 AM. Once your order is received we will confirm it within 24 hours. No orders will be accepted via text or social media direct messages.
**PLEASE NOTE: We do sell out! Once we reach our capacity for our meals we will close the order form earlier than our 11:00 AM cutoff. We encourage you to order as soon as the menu releases. **
Payments for meals will be accepted via invoice, Venmo, CashApp.

*New clients to RMP: payment is due Friday at 11:00AM before pickup.

Delivery begins on Mondays starting at 10:30 AM -1:30PM & cost varies by address.
If you won't present for delivery we do ask you leave a cooler with cold packs/ice outside so we may put your meals in it.
NO COOLER = NO DELIVERY

ORDER CANCELLATIONS/ REFUNDS
We understand things happen and if you need to cancel your order and have already paid, you have up until our order cutoff time (Friday 3:00 pm) to get a full refund. If it is past the order time frame you will receive a 50% refund OR can apply your payment to another week of meals.
NO CALL/NO SHOW ON ORDERS
If you have placed an order and have not paid for your food AND decide no to communicate to us that you are not picking up, you will be subject to a 75% deposit fee on future orders. No call/no show but payment made? We will attempt to contact you and switch you to a delivery with an additional charge. However if there is no response meals and payment will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. As we purchase our food in exact quantities and our food is subject to a 6-7 day fridge policy, we won't allow food to be wasted & our time in kitchen to be disrupted.
